emanuals.com is a digital marketplace platform where independent contributors upload User Content. We do not pre-screen uploads and do not control the nature of User Content made available through the platform. Any infringing material uploaded by users is incidental to the operation of the Services and is not part of our business model.
We respond expeditiously to valid DMCA notices reporting alleged copyright infringement.
Submitting a Copyright Notice (DMCA §512(c)(3))

Counter-Notification (DMCA §512(g))
If content is removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was mistaken, you may submit a Counter-Notice including:

Repeat Infringer Policy (DMCA §512(i))
emanuals may suspend or terminate accounts of users determined to be repeat infringers.
We maintain internal records of DMCA actions taken to enforce this policy.
