emanuals.com is a digital marketplace platform where independent contributors upload User Content. We do not pre-screen uploads and do not control the nature of User Content made available through the platform. Counter-Notification (DMCA §512(g))

If content is removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was mistaken, you may submit a Counter-Notice including:

Identification of the removed material and its previous location
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the removal was due to error or misidentification

A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal courts in the State of Florida and accepting service from the original complainant

Repeat Infringer Policy (DMCA §512(i))

emanuals may suspend or terminate accounts of users determined to be repeat infringers.

We maintain internal records of DMCA actions taken to enforce this policy.
