Payments and Refunds: emanuals.com operates on a membership-only model. All payments are for access to our full digital manual library. We do not sell individual manuals, and no ownership of content is transferred. Access begins immediately upon activation of a subscription.

No Refunds Once Access Is Granted: Refunds are not available once access to the platform has been granted. This includes both voluntary upgrades and automatic enrolment after the free trial. Access includes the ability to view, browse, or download manuals. This policy applies even if no downloads have occurred, as full access is considered usage. This approach aligns with standard practices across digital content platforms.

Free Trial & Auto-Enrolment: Our 3-day free trial allows you to explore the platform before committing. The trial requires card verification and automatically rolls into a monthly membership unless cancelled before the trial ends. Once auto-enrolled, access is granted, and the no-refund policy applies.

Cancellation of Membership: You can cancel your membership at any time via your account dashboard. Please note: cancellation is immediate. Access to manuals and membership benefits is revoked immediately upon cancellation. We recommend cancelling as close to your renewal date as possible to maximise your usage. If your membership was manually created, please contact support to request cancellation.

Access After Cancellation: Once your membership is cancelled, it will end immediately. This includes loss of access to any previously viewed or downloaded manuals, as well as to any browser-based manuals or account download history. To continue using our library, an active subscription is required.

Lost Downloads: We cannot provide file replacements to users who do not have an active membership. Please ensure any files downloaded during your subscription are stored safely for future use.

Troubleshooting & Support: Our support team is available 24/7 to help resolve technical issues, assist with OVA setup, and troubleshoot access or download problems. If you're stuck, we’re here to help — fast.

Download Issues: Our servers are secure and high-speed. If you experience any issues downloading your manuals, we will provide alternative links to ensure you receive your files successfully.

Reservation of Rights: emanuals.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates our Terms & Conditions, or in cases of suspected fraud or abuse. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
