Payments and Refunds: emanuals.com offers membership-based access to our full digital manual library, not individual product sales. All payments are for access rights to the platform, not for ownership or one-off purchases of specific manuals.
Full Refunds: We offer a full refund within the first 7 days of purchase, provided that no membership services have been used during that period. This includes viewing or downloading any manuals from our platform. Our system tracks all usage activity to support refund eligibility.
Extended Refund Window: Refund requests may be submitted up to 180 days after the date of purchase. However, refunds beyond the initial 7-day window are only issued under exceptional circumstances. Specifically, if you’ve downloaded our OVA (Open Virtual Appliance) software and cannot get it working — even after working with our remote technical support team — you may be eligible for a pro-rata refund based on the remaining time of your plan.
How to Request a Refund: All refund requests must be submitted via our support portal. Our team will review and respond within 24 hours.
Cancellation of Membership: You can cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. Please note: cancelling your plan does not automatically trigger a refund. No refunds or pro-rata refunds are issued upon cancellation unless it meets the criteria outlined above. If your membership was manually created, please contact support to request cancellation.
Access After Cancellation: Once a membership is cancelled, all access to digital manuals is immediately revoked. To continue using our library, you’ll need an active membership plan.
Lost Downloads: If you lose previously downloaded files, we can only provide replacements to members with an active membership. Please make sure to store your downloads safely for ongoing use.

Download Issues: Our servers are fast, secure, and reliable. If you do encounter a problem, we’ll send alternative links to ensure successful access to your manuals.
Reservation of Rights: emanuals.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account in violation of our Terms & Conditions, or in cases of suspected fraudulent or abusive usage. Refunds are not issued in these cases.
