About Ford New Holland:
New Holland, established in 1895, initially focused on farm implements and later achieved success with automatic hay balers. Acquired by Ford Tractor Operations in 1985, the company transitioned to the Ford New Holland name on tractors. In 1990, a majority interest in its farm machinery operations was sold to FIAT, leading to the adoption of the New Holland and FIAT names in different markets.
