The purpose of this bulletin is to provide the instructions for updating the Navigation Operating Software using the Navigation Program Update Disc. This update is for the operating system only and does not update the map data in any way. The updated software will address the following issue. The navigation operation buttons "Map," "Dest," "Menu," and "Info" are inoperative. The issue will only occur once on initial start up during one drive cycle, if the transmission gear selector (auto or manual) is put in reverse and taken out very quickly.
