About New Holland:

New Holland's history dates back to 1895 when it started with a single corn mill in Pennsylvania. The company expanded into farm implements and achieved success with automatic hay balers. Acquired by Ford Tractor Operations in 1985, the Ford New Holland name emerged on tractors. In 1990, Ford sold a majority interest in its farm machinery operations to FIAT, leading to the eventual drop of the Ford name in ten years.

Tractors were subsequently released under two names: New Holland in traditional Ford tractor markets and FIAT in their traditional markets. In 1999, Case IH and FIAT New Holland merged to form CNH Global (Case New Holland), continuing to produce tractors under the New Holland brand.

New Holland manufactures a range of agricultural farm equipment and heavy construction machinery, including backhoes, skid steer loaders, excavators, mini excavators, and wheel loaders.
